Cost and Time
It costs AED 250 or approx 5800 Indian Rupees plus Agent service charges with an average processing time of 4 to 5 Working days.You can also get it in 1-2 Working days by paying some extra Rs for an Express visa.
Documents Required
Your Passport size photograph with a Blue or Grey Background
Your Passport with a validity of atleast 6 Months
And Your Pan Card

Although you could apply your visa by yourself , But due to the Difficult User interface of Dubai-Visa website it is advisable to apply it through a trusted Travel Agent.
Visa on Arrival
Many Nationalities including Indians are also eligible for Dubai Visa on arrival but it requires you to have any one of the below.
a visit visa issued by the USA or
a green card issued by the USA or
a residence visa issued by the UK or
a residence visa issued by the EU
Cost :
It costs 140 Dirhams or Approx INR 3000 and one can stay Upto14 days on it.
